Fishbiz - A Strategy Deck

Still during my internship in eFishery, I got a chance to create a strategy deck for the company's fintech product Fishbiz. I was briefed of what points to cover in the deck than I created this project from scratch; research, data analysis, copywriting, even deck design.

Meet The Team is an employee branding series where we showcase eFisherians' little backstory before they work here and also a little testimony of how it is working for eFishery. Each eFisherian also needs to provide a quote (of theirs/their favorite one) to then be featured in their picture.

For this project, I interviewed these people myself and then wrote the pieces.

Perawakannya yang mungkin sedikit sangar karena memakai atribut hitam-hitam dan rambut gondrong ternyata tidak menggambarkan keuletan kerja dan kereligiusan pria satu ini. . Pertama, berbicara soal agama, Fauzan Jaelani atau akrab disapa Ojan ternyata paling getol untuk urusan salat. “Kadang ada perusahaan yang sangat ketat untuk masalah salat. Di eFishery, karena waktu kerjanya fleksibel, salat jadi tepat waktu terus.” . Kedua, kalau sudah bekerja, Ojan bisa sangat-sangat serius merakit bagian demi bagian lini thrower dari feeder eFishery. Behind every application we use, there is always a true tech geek that makes it happen. In eFishery, that someone who makes the dashboard view of eFishery's software happen is Try Ajitiono, or simply called Aji. This bespectacled guy is eFishery’s Front End Developer since August 2016. . Speaking of a true tech geek, when asked about the things that he loves doing, he answered: “anything that has to do with computer—including coding on my spare time". Yes, he does coding on his spare time. Besides that, Aji also loves watching online gaming videos and playing games. However, the love he has for games is no joke because for him “life is too short to play games for fun. I play to win". Phew, talk about a dedicated way of life. Graduated from Fisheries Science Padjajaran University, Aji has been always put his heart to fisheries activities, including taking care of 8 aquariums at his house. His experience then makes him the most wanted man at office when it comes to aquaculture topic. Meet The Founders: Chrisna Aditya. . Sesuai nama jabatannya, Chrisna adalah Bapak Teknologi eFishery. . Lulusan Teknik Elektro ITB ini berperan untuk memimpin Divisi Inovasi—salah satu divisi di eFishery yang memiliki anggota tim terbanyak. Artinya, Chrisna bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan teknologi, baik dari sisi hardware maupun software, juga termasuk pengembangan riset akuakultur. . Apa yang dikerjakan Adi Nugroho sebagai Mechanical Engineer di eFishery? . Sebagai bagian dari Divisi Inovasi, Adi bertanggung jawab untuk ikut mengembangkan konsep produk, terutama di perancangan fisik feeder. Di depan layar komputernya, Adi menggambar bentuk-bentuk beserta spesifikasi teknisnya sehingga menghasilkan blueprint rangka feeder yang kemudian menjadi acuan untuk manufaktur. Inspirasi Shopee

In November 2017, not long after I joined as a full time employee in Shopee, Shopee initiated a new section that is Inspirasi Shopee. This section would be a channel where we soft-sell products to buyers through interesting articles and link related products in the articles so people can impulsively click and buy. In the early phase of this project, Shopee was yet to hire dedicated writers so the articles were coming from PIC of each category. I voluntereed and wrote some pieces for Fashion Accessories and Watches category.

P.S. We didn't have editors too at that time so these pieces were published as I wrote it.
